How do I place my order?
Add your chosen items to the cart and follow the instructions to finalise your order. You will be notified of your purchase and when your items have been shipped.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders are shipped 2 - 7 days after being processed. International orders will take an additional 3 - 5 days.
My tracking order is not working ?
Your tracking order number appears 48 hours after your item has been shipped on the carrier's system. If the tracking number is still not working after a few days, you can contact the shipping carrier or email us at admin@kouturelocs.com
I need help with a late order?
If you have not received your order within 30 days, you can track your order using your tracking number found in your confirmation email or you can contact a member of our team who would be happy to assist.
