SHIPPING POLICY
We are a print on demand company. All our designs are original and made to order. We use outsourced manufactures to fulfil our orders. However, we will ship items separately should an unforeseen delay come from one of our third party suppliers.
Order Processing times
Please note that ordering processing times are separate from shipping times that you might see at checkout. Clothing Apparel can take up to 2 - 7 business days to fulfil. Non- apparel products can take up to 2-5 business days to be fulfilled. Once your order has been placed and paid for, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another notification email with your tracking number to the email or mobile number you provided during check out. Shipping times
The Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) is the sum of estimated fulfilment and shipping time. Our fulfilment time average is 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products. Shipping time average is 7- 10 business days.
Fulfilment for large orders may take longer than the 3-5 day average, but will still be fulfilled within 7 days.
Expedited Shipping
We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimated
We ship via Royal mail tracked 48 hours. Your order can be tracked 48 hours after shipping.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping can take up 4 – 10 business days to Europe. Europe flat rate is charged for postage.
Instore pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup for Products only (Shampoo, Conditioners and Argan Oils). This can be collected from 189e Upton Lane, Forest Gate, London, E7 9PJ where in-store pickup is available. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 – 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are [10am-1pm] and available on Saturdays only. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping and Import Charges
We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, Canada and Australia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kouturelocs Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipping to APO or CMR
We currently do not ship to APO or CMR addresses.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will exchange it. All sales are final. Our full Returns Policy is available at the following the link.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 7 days at admin@kouturelocs.com with your Order ID number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Important
We are NOT responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrect provided shipping addresses. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office, not that of Kouturelocs Ltd.
